The day of the treatment
On the day of the treatment, gently blot the treated area with a clean tissue every 5 minutes for 1 hour, then every 30 minutes for the rest of the day to absorb excess lymph fluid. This prevents hardening of the fluids that create thick scabs.
After 3 hours
Use the provided water wipes to gently clean your eyebrows, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Apply a small rice grain amount of ointment using a clean cotton swab. Avoid over-applying, as this can hinder healing. Do not apply ointment to wet or damp brows.

Day 2 (bedtime)- Day 10
Cleanse eyebrows 2 times a day using the cleanser that was provided to you. With a very light touch, use your clean fingertips and a lukewarm water to cleanse the eyebrows gently. Cleanse the eyebrows using gentle circular motion for 10 seconds then use lukewarm water to ensure that all the cleanser is rinsed away. If you leave cleanser residue, it will interfere with the healing process. Pat the eyebrows completely dry using a paper towel. Once dry, apply one rice grain amount of aftercare ointment with a cotton swab and spread it across the treated area. Be sure not to over-apply, as this will suffocate your skin and delay healing. The ointment should be barely noticeable on the skin. NEVER put the ointment on wet or damp brows.
Days 10-14
Continue to wash your brows with the cleanser 2 times a day. If you’re skin feels tight and itchy then you can continue to apply aftercare ointment, but it’s not mandatory at this point.
Shower visors & showering
Before showering, clean your forehead with a face wipe or mild cleanser to ensure the visor sticks properly. We recommend washing your brows & bottom half of your face and prior to the shower as well . Limit shower time to minimize steam for the first 7 days. Keep your face/procedure area dry during showers, and tilt your head back when washing your hair to prevent water and soap from getting underneath the visor.
DO NOT do the following:
· Avoid working out for 7 days at least.
. Discontinue the use of retinol/Tretinoin on your forehead area from now on to avoid pigment to ash out and or to fade prematurely.
· Use a fresh pillowcase while you sleep, silk or satin material Is recommended.
· Avoid long, hot showers and saunas for 7 days.
· Avoid sleeping on your face for 10 days.
· Avoid swimming, lakes, and hot tubs for 14 days,
· No facials, Botox, chemical treatments or microdermabrasion for 3 weeks.
· Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 4 weeks after the procedure. Wear a hat when outdoors for longer than 10 minute durning the healing process.
· Avoid topical makeup, skincare and sunscreen on the brows until day 15.
· DO NOT rub, pick, or scratch the treated area.
· Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate away. Picking can cause scarring or loss of color.
Pro tip: As stated above, after the brows scab off the brows will appear light and patchy. On Day 15 you can fill in the light areas using a soft brow powder or pencil until the skin fully regenerates and the true color is truly evident (around 5-8 weeks following the procedure). AVOID products like Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow or pomades.
Following the above guidance will ensure you get the best healed results for your individual skin. Depending on how you heal, we will make the proper adjustments at your perfecting session in 8-10 weeks. The longevity of your results will depend on how you take care of your brows during the healing process and beyond. Each client’s skin responds differently, both in the length of time it takes to heal, and the number of sessions required to achieve your desired results and color retention. Chemical peels, laser, using specific medications and skincare products can make the pigment fade prematurely and cause the color to shift tones over time. Please keep in mind that his information acts as a guideline on how to care for your new brows and we cannot guarantee your results.
