cancelation & rescheduling policy

We require you to give us a 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $150 deposit is required upon booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we will allow you to transfer ONE time if you notify us TWO weeks/or more prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel in less than 72 hours, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee to the card on file. If you cancel in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no show/call, you will  be charged 100% of your scheduled service fee. If you decide to cancel 72 hours prior to your appointment and choose not to rebook, your deposit will still be forfeited (as stated above). If you do wish to rebook, you will need to submit an additional deposit to secure a new date and time. If you cancel more than two times, you will be blocked from our booking site.
